Really good Experience in a Beautiful Hotel

The room was aesthetically pleasing and well designed. I particularly appreciated the ability to play audio in the bathroom. Daily room service provided fresh towels and a neatly made bed.. a great touch. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, I found it quite luxurious to order such a high-quality breakfast.

The new rooms are quite far from the lobby. The walk requires traversing labyrinthine corridors.

Staff were friendly and cute. Michael Panek, the Guest Experience Manager, was helpful. Sofia even called ten hair salons to find an appointment for me.

The shower was great and the pool and sauna were very nice. i think it's the best hotel gym i have ever used! i really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was. The bathroom was gorgeous. i noticed every detail was thought of.

i found an additional charge for parking, even considering the price per night.

The gym is very well-equipped and offers a great space for workouts. I saw that it had modern machines and free weights for varied exercises. the pool area is super clean and maintained at an ideal temperature for a refreshing swim. the food was AMAZING!!!
